Weststar Resources Corp. has completed the assignment of all of Lekona Minerals Incorporated’s right, title and interest in and to the La Paloma concessions in Argentina.
Minera IRL Limited announced it has published on its website selected results of the recent airborne magnetics geophysical survey conducted in Santa Cruz Province, Patagonia, Argentina. This is part of a major 4,482.6 line km heliborne, high resolution magnetic survey which was flown mid-2010. The processed results highlight the promising geological prospectivity of the areas and have identified a number of new targets and extensions to existing targets.
Assay results from the ongoing detailed trenching, sampling, and mapping program on the property started in January, 2003, reveal numerous zones of high-grade
gold within the property’s many vein systems, and at least six high-priority gold targets have been identified. A diamond-core drilling campaign is planned for these targets starting in October.
