June 27, 2008 Braemore Resources proposed to raise approximately £7million, before expenses, by way of a placing of up to
108 million new ordinary shares at a price of 6.5 pence per placing share. Investec Bank (UK) Limited and Mirabaud Securities will act as Braemore Resources' agents to use their reasonable endeavours to procure subscribers for the placing shares at the placing price. Net proceeds will be used to fund the bankable feasibility study on the Leinster nickel tailings project in Australia and the placing of orders for major capital equipment required for the first PGM smelter in South Africa.
