October 29, 2008 The 2008 exploration activity consisted of further detailed mapping of the two gossanous zones along with planning and permitting for a 1500- 2000-metre drill program. The drill program is designed to test three chargeability anomalies identified in a 2007 IP survey. Due, in part, to permitting delays resulting from recent changes to Peruvian mining regulations, the previously proposed drill program at Letra Rumi South in 2008 did not commence.
April 2, 2008 Application for a Class B drill permit will be made shortly based on proposed drill-hole locations
established by previous surface sampling, mapping and geophysical surveying.
December 3, 2007 An induced polarization (IP) survey conducted earlier this year outlined three distinct chargeability
anomalies, two of which are coincident with surface mapped zones of alteration and copper mineralization
(Zone 1 and Zone 2) and the third of which, anomaly ‘C’, coincides with local high grade molybdenum values sampled at surface. Coincidentally, the highest molybdenum values from a stream sediment sampling program conducted in 2006 over a 53-sq.-km area came from a stream valley that drains the concession.
