June 29, 2006 Announced an update on the exploration drilling program.Longtaushan mine. The company has to date completed 2,352 m of the 3,000 m underground diamond drilling program and received assay results for the first nine holes. Best intersections received include 6 m at 3.78g/t Au, 9.3 g/t Ag, 0.46% Cu including 2 m at 7.12 g/t Au, 4.0 g/t silver and 0.44% Cu. The highest individual results for each element received to date were the 2 m
intersection of 7.12 g/t Au noted above, a 1 m intersection at 185 g/t Ag and 1 m at 0.95% Cu. The holes are aimed at the discovery of new ore shoots within the intrusive, the contact breccia zone and the adjacent sediments, targeting areas which have not previously been tested by drilling or underground development. The drilling is continuing with the testing of possible ore positions along the Eastern and Northern margins of the breccia body which lies along the contact of the intrusions and sediment. A full assessment of the results will be made once all the analytical results have been received.
