Property NewsNovember 22, 2011 Tanzanian Royalty announced that it has received results from the recently completed Phase 2 Reverse Circulation drilling program on its Nyamakwenge Prospect, part of the Lunguya Gold Project in the Lake Victoria Goldfields of Tanzania. November 19, 2010 Tanzanian Royalty Exploration announced that extremely positive results have been received from laboratory test work on surface gravels collected from its recently acquired Lunguya Primary Mining Licenses (PMLs) in northern Tanzania. Chemical analysis of sample material returned values of 3.58 g/t, 5.75 g/t, 2.33 g/t and 3.31 g/t, giving an average “head grade” for gold of 3.74 g/t. November 17, 2010 Tanzanian Royalty Exploration Corporation announced it has entered into Subscription Agreements for aggregate Can$15,000,000 million private placements, consisting of an aggregate 2,553,627 common shares at a price of Can$5.874 per share. The funds will be used for general corporate purposes including the purchase of two 100 tonnes per hour modular-type gravity plants for the Company's Lunguya Gravels Project in the Lake Victoria Greenstone Belt.
