Reported a summary of 2007 field program results. The exploration program comprised diamond core and auger drilling, as well as regional reconnaissance mapping and sampling. At Nkenja, 26 holes for 10,200 m were drilled using three double shifting diamond core rigs as part of a 15,000m planned core program. The drilling was designed to target additional shoots or lenses of mineralisation, and determine controls on high grade mineralisation. The 2007 drilling program has again confirmed the widespread and broadly continuous nature of the PGE mineralisation around the NLI, although the tenor of mineralisation intersected was lower than expected. Hole NDH065 returned a best result of 1.0m @ 2.25 g/t 2PGE+Au from 171m in clinopyroxenite dunite

Throughout the extended wet season, exploration continued at the Nkenja PGE project with two motorised auger crews completing 290 shallow holes for 2,282 metres. This auger program successfully intersected anomalous PGE’s (Table 3) over a number of traverses and defined new PGE targets in the lower Nkenja Valley and the upper Lindengere Valley. A best result of 1.99g/t Pt+Pd+Au (PGE) was intersected in NAG1475 in saprolitic clays from the lower Nkenja valley and will be further tested by future diamond drilling.

Planned that during the next field season, the Joint Venture partners will drill up to 15,000m of diamond core drilling to evaluate the targets identified in the auger sampling program, and expand on drill results obtained last year. The program is designed to work towards defining an Indicated Mineral Resource.
