Golden Goose Resources announced its plan to drill the Magino gold property near Wawa, Ontario, Canada. The drill program is scheduled to begin in mid-November and the first phase will consist of approximately 3,000 metres. The holes will average 300 metres long, and will be drilled to an average depth of approximately 200 metres in the vicinity of the current Magino resource envelope.
Golden Goose Resources Inc. has retained the services of independent consulting firm InnovExplo Inc. of Val-d'Or, Quebec, to carry out a NI 43-101-compliant Scoping Study for the Magino gold project near Wawa, Ontario, Canada. Golden Goose intends to use the study as a basis for future exploration works with the objective to develop an underground operation with ore trucked to regional mill for processing.
Golden Goose announced increased estimated gold resources at its Magino Mine with a total of 453,000 ounces measured and indicated, 1.178 million ounces inferred, to depth of 500 metres. These resources lie between surface and a depth of 500 metres along a strike length of 1.2 kilometres, in proximity to the old Magino mine workings.
