November 24, 1999 International Skyline Gold reported that the Vancouver Stock Exchange has conditionally approved the acquisition of Copper Mountain Mines in exchange for Skyline shares. Copper Mountain Mines Ltd. is a private company incorporated in British Columbia to develop properties in the People's Republic of China. The proposed reorganization would result in Skyline shareholders exchanging their shares for shares in two separate companies. The reconstituted Skyline would end up with a 15% interest in Copper Mountain Mines in exchange for the Johnny Mountain concentrator and mine equipment.
