On Ma17/06 the company announced it had acquired an option on a potash property from Invictus
Minerals Corporation. The agreement dated May 15, 2006 allowed the company to acquire up to a 100%
interest in a Saskatchewan Potash Property known as the KP-289 subsurface Mineral Permit, which is
comprised of 97,239 acres located in Southern Saskatchewan.
April 30, 2005 The company intended to conduct exploration on the property to determine whether the claims are prospective for silver- and gold-bearing massive sulphide lenses.
March 31, 2002 A favourable engineering report on this site and is waiting for further financing to continue to the next phase of exploration this year.
