In Dec/09, initial exploration work has not commenced at the Group's Molinetes prospect in Peru. Accordingly, all costs associated with this prospect were written-off during 2008.

Announced that the Supreme Decree authorising the acquisition of the Molinetes gold property in northern Peru has just been published in the official gazette "El Peruano", Supreme Decree No. 010-2007-EM. The first stage of exploration will involve geological mapping of the area, soil and rock chip sampling and systematic grid drilling using both diamond and reverse circulation methods.
