Gunson Resources Limited announced that the second drill hole at the Emmie Bluff Prospect within the Mount Gunson Project, Australia, intersected a 6m thick sulphide rich zone in basement rocks from 946.7m.
Gunson Resources Ltd announced the results from the first hole of the 2011 deep diamond drilling program funded by Xstrata Copper subsidiary Noranda Pacific Pty Ltd. at Emmie Bluff Prospect, Mount Gunson in South Australia.
Gunson Resources announced the first sample, immediately above the MGD 64 intersection, was below the 0.8% copper cut-off grade quoted previously but the other two, immediately above and below the previously announced MGD 66 intersection, were 1.4% and 3.0% respectively at the Mount Gunson project in Australia. This widens the previous intersection of 2 m @ 3% copper to 3 m @ 2.4% copper, between 62.9 and 65.9 m depth in South Australia.
