Received assay results from completed RC drilling during Jun/04. The programme included a series of inclined RC drill holes (14 holes 671 m) to follow up the original broad pegmatite intersection. Highlights include: 15 m grading 244 g/t Ta2O5; 61 mgrading 177 Ta2O5; 13 m grading 213 g/t Ta2O5; and 6 m grading 371 g/t Ta2O5. Follow up drilling is planned to further identify the extent of this mineralisation in the Western Lode System and infill drill the previously identified resources in the Eastern Lode System.

Continued development of the African supply chain and metallurgical test work on bulk samples from the Mt Deans, Brockman and Binneringie projects. RC drilling resulted in the discovery of significant extensions to the Western Lode System mineralised pegmatites and further drilling is planned to delineate the extent of the mineralisation.

Series of inclined RC drill holes were completed (14 holes, 671 m) to follow up a broad pegmatite intersection (previously reported). In a hitherto unknown pegmatite vein an intersection from 0-72 m was made which had an average value of 340 ppm Ta2O5.
