CuDeco Ltd is please to advise shareholders that it has been successful in reaching an acceptable settlement with GSB Chemicals Pty Ltd over the supply of a substituted kerosene product to its Mt Norma operations in December 2005. The settlement agreed between the parties is a cash settlement of A$650,000 in favour of Cudeco Ltd.
Significant oxide copper mineralisation was intersected including 18m at 5.06% Cu and 32.9 g/t Ag from 76m in Hole MN_08_008RC, including 8m at 9.10% Cu and 58.8g/t Ag from 84m, 16m at 1.87% Cu and 12.4g/t Ag from 56m in Hole MN_08_029RC, including 3m at 4.45% Cu and 16.4g/t Ag from 56m and 10m at 1.26% Cu and 15.7g/t Ag from 64m in Hole MN_08_010RC, including 2m at 3.48% Cu and 33.9g/t Ag from 69m. The drill results have extended the existing mineralisation zone for another 100m averaging 1.42% Cu along strike, which is open to south and down plunge.

The current strilke line at mt Norma has now been extendend to 250m; significant oxide copper mineralization was intersected and up to 18m at 5.06% Cu and 32.9g/t Ag were returned in Hole MN_08_008RC from 76m, 18m at 5.06% Cu and 32.9 g/t Ag from 76m in Hole MN_08_008RC, including 8m at 9.10% Cu and 58.8g/t Ag from 84m, 16m at 1.87% Cu and 12.4g/t Ag from 56m in Hole MN_08_029RC, including 3m at 4.45% Cu and 16.4g/t Ag from 56m, 10m at 1.26% Cu and 15.7g/t Ag from 64m in Hole MN_08_010RC, including 2m @ 3.48% Cu and 33.9g/t Ag from 69m, and 5m at 2.85% Cu and 33.3g/t Ag from 39m in Hole MN_08_002RC, including 2m at 6.42% Cu and 79.0g/t Ag from 39m.
