The company announced that a a program of till sampling is planned for Aug/06 to test for indicator minerals in an area where a magnetic high anomaly resulted from ground geophysics.

A till and rock sampling program was conducted. Samples were mostly beach sands for diamond indicator minerals taken from the area of the circular anomaly as well as rock samples for gold and base metals on three of the claims. Results are still pending.

New Nadina Explorations plans to arrange a non-brokered private placement of up to 350,000 units of its securities at 10 cents per unit to raise CAD35,000. Each unit will consist of one flow-through share and one share purchase warrant to purchase one additional non-flow-through common share of the company. Company shares currently trade at 7 cents, with 11.7 million shares currently issued and outstanding. New Nadina plans to use the proceeds of the financing on the Naket diamond project in Nunavut and the Monument diamond property in the Northwest Territories. The Monument diamond property consists of three claims and contains four diamondiferous kimberlites. The property is located on the south shore of Lac de Gras is 30 km south of the producing Ekati mine, 30 km west of the Diavik mine and in close proximity to the winter road.
