Reclamation activitied continued. The scope of the work has expanded somewhat from what was originally anticipated as sources of cover materials have not developed entirely as anticipated, requiring, in some instances, longer haulage distances.

Subsequent to the end of the quarter, reclamation activities commenced. There is an aggressive campaign planned for summer 2005 which should see the majority of the work completed this season. Wolfden Resources continued to dismantle and prepare for shipping the industrial complex which it purchased, and also dismantled the DMS plant.

Breakwater Resources dropped to a loss in its fourth quarter on lower production at its Myra Falls mine on Vancouver Island, writedowns on exploration properties and higher reclamation costs at its Nanisivik mine on Baffin Island, the mining company said Monday. Breakwater's net loss for the quarter ended Dec. 31 was CAD6.3 million, zero cents per diluted share, compared with a profit of CAD300,000, also zero cents per share, in the same period a year earlier.
