Reported that exploration of mineralisation over a 5 kilometre strike-length that includes the Wagon Pass deposit (0.6 million tonnes @ 8.5% Zn, 8.0% Pb, 75 g/t Ag Inferred Resource).

Reported that drilling was completed at Napier Range to test a range of geochemical and geophysical targets. A number of mineralised intersections were obtained and from assay results received to date, an intersection of 4m @ 3.1% Zn and 0.5% Pb, 700m west the Wagon Pass deposit is significant and may represent a new mineralised structure.

Announced that the interpretation of the major IP geophysical survey completed in 2006 has identified 12 targets within a strong trend of anomalous IP responses over a strike length of 4 kilometres. Drilling is scheduled to commence on the highest priority targets in the coming quarter subject to drill rig availability.
