December 7, 1999 Consolidated Trillion Resources Ltd announced that it has reached an equitable understanding with the holders of the company's debt that will clear the debt from the company's balance sheet and allow the company to proceed with its' exploration and development projects. The debt obligations consist of a US$6.66 million convertible debenture plus interest payments of US$900,000, and a working capital loan of US$750,000, all in relation to the company's Ndarama Mine in Zimbabwe, Africa. The company has agreed to assets which includes its 90% ownership of the Ndarama Mine to the debenture holder. |
