NORALEX (WEST ANSIL, HORNE, ETC)

Alexis Minerals Corp. announced the completion and results of a 3,375 meter, 9-hole, surface diamond drill program on the Noralex Gold Property, Quebec, Canada, including two broad zones of gold mineralization, 30 to 70 meters wide that extend over distances of up to 1.0 kilometer.

Alexis Minerals announced that surface exploration programs on its properties in the Val-d’Or and Rouyn-Noranda, Quebec mining camps are continuing with four surface diamond drills exploring for gold and base metals. Surface diamond drilling will continue through the remainder of 2010 and extend into 2011.

There was no additional drilling on the joint venture properties during 2009. Compilation and reinterpretation is continuing in order to redefine the best targets on these properties, specifically in the Noralex and Viau properties.
