Latest Information  December 31, 2009 Otish Energy closed the property purchase and sale agreement with Sylvie Charbonneau on the Chicobi and Noyelles properties in Quebec, Canada. December 8, 2009 Otish Energy Corp. announced it will not be proceeding with its private placement announced on October 26, 2009. Otish has however negotiated a new private placement totalling Can$600,000. A portion of the net proceeds of the private placement will be used to further exploration on recently acquired Chicobi and Noyelles gold properties, Lac du Raton and Lac des Coudes REE properties and for working capital purposes. December 3, 2009 Otish Energy announced it entered into a property purchase and sale agreement with a private individual to acquire a 100% interest in 66 mineral claims forming the Noyelles Property located in the Noyelles and Bruneau Townships, Quebec, Canada. To fulfill the agreement the company has to pay the vendor $10,000 and issue 120,000 common shares in its capital stock. The property is subject to a 1% NSR. |
