A five-hole drill program is underway to test the remaining targets and will be
completed by the end of July.

The additional 6 holes drilled during the quarter were disappointing with only one intercept of 3 meters at 1.2 g/t. Current indications have not defined a significant mineralized body.
November 30, 2007
Eight drill holes have been completed with most reporting gold mineralization. Two holes; NH-07-006 and 007, have intercepted significant mineralization of 1.79 g/t and 2.45 g/t respectively over drill hole widths of 4 meters.
