Property NewsNovember 6, 2009 Rocky Mountain Resources announced that its wholly-owned subsidiary, RMP Resources Corp. has completed the sale of its interest in the Paris Hills Phosphate/Vanadium Property, located in Bear Lake County in Idaho, USA, to a subsidiary of Stonegate Agricom Ltd. As consideration for the sale, the company received $1,000,000 in cash and 6,000,000 common shares of Stonegate valued at $0.50 per common share. October 9, 2009 Rocky Mountain Resources reported to have entered into an agreement with Stonegate Agricom to sell a 100% interest in the Paris Hills Phosphate/Vanadium Property, located in Bear Lake County in Idaho, USA. As consideration for the acquisition, Stonegate will pay $1,000,000 in cash and issue 6,000,000 common shares of Stonegate valued at $0.50 per common share. Closing of the transaction, which is expected to occur on November 15, 2009, is subject to regulatory approval. November 24, 2008 Drill results released; PHRC-1 returrned 10 ft of 22.17%P2O5, PHRC-2 returrned 15 ft of 25.28%P2O5, PHRC-3 returrned 10 ft of 25.38%P2O5. The results confirmed the presence of two high grade phosphate beds and a vanadium rich bed within the target horizon, and also identified adjacent thicker zones of intermediate grade phosphate.
