Key operating issues relating to the treatment plant have been resolved resulting in the delivery of record weekly throughput rates of 110 – 120 tonnes per hour. Meanwhile, exploration activities within the Fortnum Gold Project included infill RC drilling of the Yarlarweelor Central deposit and geological mapping, prospecting and desk top studies on a number of prospects outside the immediate Fortnum wedge. These works have identified priority drill targets at a number of prospects ranging from early stage conceptual targets through to follow up
of previously identified mineralization.

Record weekly throughput of +19,500 tonnes was achieved during the month of February 2007. Tom’s ore body however, continued to under perform the original resource model. The revised schedule focuses on the accelerated development of the Yarlarweelor North ore body, which is performing well, with this ore body to provide the majority of ore for the next 6 months.

Gold production for the 6 month period accounted for 13,564 oz. Completed the refurbishment of the treatment plant and commenced recommissioning of the project in July 2006.
