Tectonic Resources announced the completion of the independent Scoping Study on its 100% owned Phillips River Project located in Western Australia. Highlights include: an annual production of 800,000 tonnes with a 7.5 year mine life, Gross cash generation Life of Mine of $823 million, Gross operating cost LOM of $540 million and Net cash generated over LOM of $283 million, an IRR of 40% with a Net cash after capital cost of $158 million pre tax.

Tectonic Resources Ltd announce that the metallurgical testwork on the company’s Trilogy poly-metallic deposit, Phillips River Project, Western Australia has been completed with all sulphide material being able to be treated to produce base metal concentrates. Laboratory test work confirms all sulphide material is able to be treated to produce base metal concentrates. As a result of the metallurgical testwork undertaken, Tectonic Resources has been able to develop a relatively low cost and simple flow sheet process to treat the Trilogy material.
