November 12, 2010 Royal Resources announced that has sold its shareholding in Giralia Resources NL for a consideration of A$6 million, after costs. The shares were received by Royal in part payment for the Company’s Prairie Downs iron property located in the eastern Hamersley Basin, Western Australia. The Giralia share sale was undertaken to fund Royal’s resource definition activities at its Razorback Iron Project. Drilling will recommence at the project this month.
March 18, 2010 Dynasty Metals announced an initial maiden 453 million tonne JORC compliant resources including 129 million tonnes at 30.5% iron (equivalent to Calcined Fe “CaFe" of 33%) at a cut-off grade of 27% iron in the company’s Spearhole Detrital Channel Iron deposit at Prairie Downs in the Pilbara region of Western Australia.
March 31, 2008 Royal submitted a Program of Works (POW’s), completed Heritage Surveys
and have cleared drill pads for the proposed drilling due to commence in May 2008.
