US$12 million will be invested in order to updated the exploitation mining method and the adding of new mineral reserves associated to the Phase III of the project. The original project estimated to move 33,551 t/d of waste and 8,149 t/d of mineral, being increased since january of 2008, to 21,500 t/d of waste and 5,500 t/d of mineral through september 2008.

Favorable production evolution took place on the mine, where the estimated production for the first year of operation, was calculated in 550,000 oz Eq.
