October 27, 2011 Peregrine Diamonds Ltd. reported microdiamond results from the CH-59 and CH-33 kimberlites on the Chidliak project, and from the Q3 kimberlite on the adjacent Qilaq project on Baffin Island, Nunavut, Canada.
August 8, 2011 Peregrine Diamonds Ltd. announced the discovery of a third kimberlite, named Q3, by reverse circulation (“RC”) drilling on the Company’s 100 percent-owned, 437,000 hectare Qilaq project on Baffin Island, Nunavut, Canada.
October 6, 2010 Peregrine Diamonds report diamond results from the first two kimberlites discovered on the Qilaq project located on Hall Peninsula, northeast of Iqaluit, Nunavut, Canada. A 62.7 kilogram sample from Q1 yielded 38 diamonds larger than 0.106 mm sieve size including one diamond larger than the 0.600 mm sieve size, and a 241.5 kilogram sample from Q2 yielded 253 diamonds larger than 0.106 mm, including three diamonds larger than 0.600 mm.
