A geochemical survey outlined several significant nickel-zinc-molybdenum-arsernic anomalies along a favourable contact which were subsequently drilled with 3 holes for a total of 248.4 m. Although anomalous nickel and zinc mineralization was encountered, the values returned did not warrant further drilling.

Drilling intersected 0.51% nickel and 0.41% zinc over 25.5 m including 5.3 m of 1.42% nickel and 0.70% zinc. Increased base metal values appeared to be associated with thicker portions of the barite horizon of which the Rein claims cover some of the more substantial accumulations observed to date.

Mapping and geochemical surveys have been completed on 20,000 sq km of the property. Also, an airborne magnetometer survey was completed.
