Metals X announced it has commissioned the copper circuit at the Renison Tin Project in Tasmania and is now producing a copper concentrate as a co-product. Copper co-product production is expected to be at a rate of 1000-2000 tonnes of copper metal per annum depending on the active production area within the mine. The copper concentrate also contains a significant silver credit, with initial test work indicating approximately 400 ppm silver in final concentrates which could potentially add silver production of up to 100,000 oz per annum to the operation.
