September 15, 2009 Shoshone Silver/Gold Mining announced the merger with Kimberly Gold Mines has been completed. With the completion of the merger Shoshone acquired the Rescue mine and mill and the Kimberly mine properties in the Warren District of Idaho, USA.
June 10, 2009 Shoshone Silver Mining announced that its 2009 Plan of Operations for the Rescue Gold Mine project has been approved by the U.S. Forest Service.
September 12, 2000 Barramundi Gold announced that its subsidiary, Barramundi Gold USA Inc., has executed an arms-length agreement with Mr. James Striker to acquire the high-grade Rescue gold mine in Warren, west-central Idaho. This acquisition results in an immediate cash flow to Barramundi using the working mill and
mining equipment on site. Due diligence by Barramundi has outlined approximately 10,000 tons of ore underground at an average uncut grade of 1.07 oz/t gold over 0.60 m. There are approximately 800 tonnes of ore stockpiled on surface ready to be milled.
