July 13, 2009 IBI Corporation announces final closing on the company’s Definitive Option Agreement, with Trimark Explorations Ltd. regarding Trimark’s Ruhuhu Uranium property in Tanzania. March 25, 2009 Trench sampling update. In total, 82 trench samples (previously reported February 23rd, 2009 as 120 samples, as originally estimated), including 3 standards, 3 blanks and 2 duplicates, have been submitted by GFT to ALS Chemex Lab for analysis. Results of multi-element analysis utilizing Inductivity Coupled Plasmid Mass Spectrometry will be used to help guide further ground investigation, including ground spectrometry, trenching and mapping.
