Latest Information May 31, 1995 Some 26,000 metres of definition drilling at 100 x 25 metre centres had been completed and a further 5,000 metres was planned. Work had concentrated on a 150 m wide x 1000 m strike of the deposit, but included some broader spaced holes for 300 m south and 400 north of the main area. All the holes were inclined, half to the NE and half to the SW. October 31, 1994 Reserve estimate based on broadly spaced holes along 1500 m of strike is considered open for doubling within that strike area. Exploration at that time was focused on defining a reserve for a 10 million tonne/year operation. |
