December 31, 2008 During months May through December 2008, 73 RC holes (30,642 m) were drilled; this program was designed as a result of structural observations on the former neighbor pit. Drilling allowed to recognize within a 1000 m x 350 m x 450 m depth area, typical mineralization of IOCG type, with the presence of chrysocolla, atacamite, malachite on the oxides zone, and chalcopyrite, bornite, calcosite and novelite on the sulfides zone. Important to mention that this is the discovery of a blind deposit without outcroppings nor surface expression, covered by colluvial material of 10 to 40 m and exists the possibility to locate other similar deposits since prospective areas have been determined with similar structural demeanor. The following program consists on the drilling of shorter grids, until reach one smaller than 50x50m, which necessary has to include diamond holes. Additionally the company will conduct geophysics studies in order to define the mineralization behavior and take results as patron to locate other mineralized bodies on similar fields within the property.
