Century Mining announced an updated resource estimate at the Lamaque Mining Complex in Quebec, Canada. Measured and Indicated Resource is estimated at 8.3 million tonnes grading 4.81 g/t gold containing 1.28 million ounces of gold. Inferred resource totals 19.68 million tonnnes grading 4.95 g/t gold containing 3.12 ounces of gold.
Reported to have received an updated certificate of authorization from the Quebec Ministry of Environment for the Lamaque underground project to increase production from 400 tonnes of ore per day to 1,200 tonnes of ore per day.
