Pioneer Resources announced a two part program of capital raisings. Part one, completed today, was a placement of 37,856,712 shares at A$0.3 cents per share which raised A$1,135,701.36 before costs. Part two is a share purchase plan to raise A$750,000. Funds raised will be used for exploration activities at the Mt Jewell gold project, as well as contributing to resource definition work at the Hughes and Tregurtha Prospects.
