Specifically, the website disclosed a “57 million tonne resource” for the company’s NICO gold-cobalt-bismuth-copper project and an “approximately 10 million tonnes of near surface resources (open at depth), amenable to low cost open pit mining; averaging 0.8% copper” at the company’s Sue-Dianne project. February 22, 2008 Fortune Minerals announced that a new NI 43-101-compliant mineral resource estimate has been completed for the the company's wholly-owned Sue-Dianne copper-silver deposit, 160 km northwest of Yellowknife, Northwest Territories, Canada. At 0.40% Cu cut-off, indicated resources now total 8,444,000 tonnes grading 0.80% Cu, 0.07 g/t Au and 3.2 g/t Ag, containing 149.1 million pounds Cu, 19,000 ounces Au and 855,000 ounces Ag. Inferred resources are estimated at 1,620,000 tonnes, grading 0.79% Cu, 0.07 g/t Au and 2.4 g/t Ag, containing 28.3 Mlbs Cu, 3,600 oz Au and 122,000 oz Ag.
