Probe Mine provided an exploration update on its Ring of Fire properties in the McFauld’s Lake area, Ontario, Canada. The first phase of work, to be completed in June 2010, includes a ground geophysical survey on claims adjacent to the Eagle’s Nest nickel-copper deposit, soil geochemical surveys on the Tamarack and Victory projects; and an airborne geophysical survey of the McFaulds West property. These programs are in preparation for summer drilling programs.

Probe Mines has provided a technical update on the company’s 100%-owned Tamarack Projects in the McFauld’s Lake area of Northern Ontario. Following the drill discovery of sulphide mineralized ultramafic rock in the 2008 drilling program, a VTEM airborne electromagnetic (EM)-magnetic survey was flown over the eastern portion of the Victory Project claims. Twelve priority coincident EM-magnetic anomalies have been delineated from the survey ranging between 150 and 1,900 metres long. The conductors are all situated in the area of the ultramafic sill and have not been tested by previous drilling. The company plans to test selected conductors as part of this summer’s drill program. A drilling contract is currently being negotiated and details of the program will be released shortly.

Reported the completion of a high-resolution, helicopter-borne AeroTEM electromagnetic survey covering the previously unexplored southwestern corner of the project.
