A total of 5 drill holes had been completed and intersected some of the host rocks that are found to the northeast on the Cross Lake (Zn-Ag-Cu) discovery. Sheared crystal tuffs containing anomalous gold and molybdenum values were located on the west boundary of Sheraton Twp. which forms the hanging wall rocks found on the Cross Lake Zone. In Thomas Twp. a mafic fragmented unit that parallels the Cross Lake Trend was located. Several IP anomalies remained to be drilled. An airborne EM and magnetic survey was flown over the property by the Ontario Geological survey.

A geophysical consultant was retained to model the 2 northeastern IP anomalies on the property in order to determine the best possible diamond drill targets. The southernmost IP anomaly is along strike from the Cross Lake mineralization trend while the other IP anomaly is sub-parallel to this trend and is situated about 2 km to the north. Both IP anomalies have response characteristics associated with base metal deposits.
