Latest Information  December 23, 2010 Beaufield Resources Inc. announced that the drilling program at it Tortigny Project, north of Chibougamau, Quebec, Canada, will be on break starting December 15, 2010 and will resume Jan 20, 2011. December 15, 2004 Beaufield Resources and Noranda have completed nine drill holes totaling 2,125m on the Troilus belt in Quebec, Canada. Down-hole pulse electromagnetic surveys were completed on five holes and 143 samples have been submitted for assaying and whole rock analysis, results are pending. Five holes were drilled on the Tortigny block where there is an historical resource, two parallel targets were drilled south of Tortigny and a group of four holes (TR-04-01 to -04) were drilled ~ 30 km to the southeast of Tortigny. The winter program to be started by mid January will consist of four holes to investigate off-hole anomalies in the Tortigny area. Additionally, ten holes will be drilled on other high priority Megatem, geological and geochemical targets. A total of 3,000 m is planned for the winter program. |
