December 31, 2008 As of Dec/08, Three mineralization zones have been identifi ed: oxides with an average grade of 8.5g.Au/t and 4 oz.Ag/t, sulphides with an average grade of 9g.Au/t. and disseminated sulphides (sigmoid formation) with an average grade of 3.5g.Au/t. According to the distribution of veins, a development program of crosscuts to intersect the veins was designed, galleries and raises along the veins and exploration drifts. To this date 6.2 Km. of mine workings have been developed on 8 exploration and preparation levels. In addition, 8,500 m. of diamond-drillholes were carried out to test the structures, that shows an increase in the gold grade with depth. The development of Toruna is considered in 2 stages: the fi rst one for the extraction and processing of oxidized minerals in the Southern sector and, the second one for the exploitation, extraction and processing of sulphide ores. Likewise, the process of preparing the way to obtain the necessary permits to install a processing plant.
December 31, 2007 Workings carried out since may/07, have recognized seven main structures, which morphologically are presented as lents, widenings and thinnings rosary-type, splits, and sigmoides bows of discontinuous way. Underground exploration workings for more than 1,500 m, have allowed to cut three main veins at three levels with encouraging results in thickness as ell as grades. Average grade in veins is 8.5 g/t Au reaching values up to 1.4 oz Ag/t.
