Latest Information August 31, 2008 Calibre Mining Corporation announced the completion of a four drill hole, 1,524 meter diamond drill program. Drilling encountered varied thicknesses of alluvial cover with three of the holes penetrating into bedrock. Significant interests of chart and argillite with moderate to strong silicification and disseminated pyrite were common throughout. Assays were pending. In 2008, the optioner has re-logged cuttings from the four 2005 Agnico Eagle drill holes and will also re-assay various sample pulps from the drilling. Calibre is focusing on portions of the property where they surmise that favorable lower-plate stratigraphy exists at relatively shallow depths.
