Trenching is due to start in the third quarter. There are two targets for our exploration activity at Tumannoye this year. First to expand the strike length of the identified zones from last year’s activities and second, to test the potential of the mineralized granite porphyry dyke that lies to the South of the current trench zones.

Significant results from 40 channel samples completed in three trench locations (T-200, T-201 and T-203 over an aggregate strike length of 205 metres) at Rudny were reported. Highlights include 6.22 g/t Au over an average width of 4.80 m over a total strike length of 80 metres at T-200; 4.69 g/t Au over an average width of 7.48 metres over a total strike length of 80 metres at T-201; and 11.18 g/t Au over an average width of 7.21 metres over a total strike length of 45 metres at T-203. In total, 52,800m³ of material was excavated during the 2007 campaign. The three targets above accounted for 23,690m³, with the remainder excavated at three other targets at Rudny. These will be completed and sampled in 2008.

A technical report dated Mar 10/08 was released and provided details of previous exploration on the project. It recommended that, in addition to any other programs proposed (drilling, trenching, grab sampling and geophysics), a centralized database be pepared and a detailed data verification program be carried-out; and CIM-compliant resource estimation procedures for sampling, assaying, QA/QC programs and resource estimation be implemented.
