Anatolia Minerals Development announced an agreement has been signed with Rio Tinto Mining and Exploration settling all outstanding matters related to the Amended and Restated Strategic Alliance & Option Agreement (SAO). Cevizlidere Copper-Gold Project, which is part of the Tunceli Licenses, was previously subject to this SAO. The agreement provides that Anatolia will hold all legal rights with respect to the Tunceli Licenses.
Announced the preliminary metallurgical test results for drill core from the ‘Ridge Zone’ zone of secondary copper enrichment at Kizilviran. Preliminary tests indicate recovery of 95% of contained copper, 92% of contained by-product gold and 80-85% of contained molybdenum using standard flotation methods. Follow-up tests indicated the flotation product can be upgraded to clean, marketable-grade concentrate containing very minor amounts of impurities. Tests indicate 54% of total copper is readily leachable, but gold and molybdenum are not recoverable by conventional copper leaching processes.

Released the results from the completed multiple rig drilling program at Kizilviran. The drilling program consisted of 2,555 m of diamond drilling in 9 holes, and 2,543 m of RC drilling in 18 holes. Highlights from the drill program include: 43.0 m grading 1.19% Cu, 0.18 g/t Au and 105 ppm Mo (from 21.0 m) in hole KRC-016; 49.0 m grading 0.85% Cu, 0.15 g/t Au and 38 ppm Mo (from 17.0 m) in hole KRC-011; and 65.0 m grading 0.60% Cu, 0.11 g/t Au and 226 ppm Mo (from 98.0 m) in hole KIZ-005. The RC drilling program was completed and totaled 2,543 m in 18 holes. The deposit (Main Ridge area) has an enriched copper blanket over a length of nearly 1.5 km with widths of 200 to 500 m, both open for extension.
