Latest Information October 31, 2002 Wallbridge Mining is in the process of completing a private placement for the sale of 3,215,000 flow-through common shares at 70 cents per share, totaling CAD2,250,500, through the agency of Griffiths, McBurney & Partners. Wallbridge plans to use the additional funds to extend current drilling programs and provide for new exploration of properties in Ontario. In August, Wallbridge reported that it had identified a geological structure on its Victor East property that may be an extension of the host structure of a high-grade deposit in the near vicinity. Victor East is situated on the eastern edge of the Sudbury basin. Staked in July 2000, the property reportedly covers 640 acres of prospective footwall terrain. Wallbridge plans to drill two holes to test the target structure. Wallbridge is currently drilling on its Windy Lake property on the north range of the Sudbury basin. As of August, the completion times of drill holes ranged from two to three months. |
