Announced that the company obtained the necessary approvals from the government. The agreement permited the completion of one of the biggest companies.

Completed the ground location of the 9 planned drill collars by contract surveyors. Mobilisation of the drilling equipment and completion of 4 diamond drill holes at Vostok 3 for a total of 1531.65 metres. This program will continue in the next quarter with a total of 9 diamond drill holes for approximately 3000 metres of drilling to be completed at Vostok 3 in 2005.

The company received the assay data from the 2004 drilling program. Highlights include: 72 m grading 0.63% Cu (from 108 m) in hole VDD1-001; 166 m grading 0.97% Cu (from 148 m) in hole VDD3002; and 38 m grading 1.10% Cu (from 160 m) in hole VDD3003.
