Latest Information July 19, 2006 Asia Gold Corp has provided further encouraging results from the first 10 drill holes (KPDH-6 to 15) of the phase 2 drill program at the Khongor porphyry Cu-Au discovery in Mongolia. All 10 holes intersected porphyry-style mineralization and six holes (KPDH-6, 7, 8, 9, 13 and 14) intersected high-grade hypogene porphyry copper mineralization, including a 50-m interval grading 1 per cent copper and 0.3 g/t Au in hole KPDH-9. The phase 2 drill program was completed on July1/06, and comprised 3,167 m in 18 diamond drill holes. Holes KPDH-6 to 15 have extended the copper-gold porphyry mineralization 220 m westward from the eastern edge of outcropping mineralization in Stockwork gulch. Strong-sheeted quartz stockwork with multiple high-temperature quartz chalcopyrite veins characterizes the higher-grade intercepts in holes KPDH-6, 7, 8, 9, 13 and 14. Further exploration will be guided by this geological model of high-grade mineralization, mantling specific, spatially restricted intrusive spines along a belt of
deeper-level intrusions. June 30, 2006 The proposed future exploration by the company will include; Geological mapping, Trenching,
Drilling, Coal sampling, and Coal quality testing. The proposed exploration has been designed in three phases, each dependent on the success of the previous work. Phase one exploration is budgeted to take two months
and cost approximately $250,000. And for phase 2 and 3 the budget is $330,000 and $780,000, respectively.
