Latest Information February 16, 2004 Boulder Mining and CANGOLD have reported that a 23-hole reverse circulation till and bedrock sampling drill program is scheduled to begin on the WALP Property in Ontario next week. The drill program will target a 4 km long segment of a 300 m wide, regional structural shear zone (“LADZ”) that is considered to be an excellent geological environment for a large-scale gold deposit. Twenty-three holes will be spaced every 400 m along 4 traverses 800 m apart between Trail Lake and the Dokis River. February 2, 2004 CANGOLD has been granted the right to earn a 50% interest in Boulder Mining's WALP Gold Project northeast of Timmins, Ontario. CANGOLD must incur exploration expenditures of CAD400,000 over a three year period; issue to Boulder Mining a total of 200,000 common shares of CANGOLD in increments and; make three cash payments totalling CAD25,000. Boulder will be the project operator. |
