Latest Information September 7, 2010 Kodiak Exploration announced results from the drilling program on the GK target area at the West Geraldton project located in Ontario, Canada. Highlights include hole GK10-40 which intercepted 24.9 m grading 9.31 g/t gold including 8.1 m grading 27.75 g/t gold. Results of the drilling program confirmed that the zone is open to the west and down dip. Also the company reported sampling results from the Shields property and update of the exploration program at Castlewood Lake and Wildgoose projects. September 14, 2009 Kodiak Exploration reported the first drill results from its regional exploration program in the Beardmore-Geraldton gold camp in western Ontario. Drilling at the West Geraldton project, approximately 10 km west of the town of Geraldton, has intersected gold mineralization grading 82.5 g/t gold over 2.1m, including 208.8 g/t gold over 0.8m in drill hole WG09-18. The target area lies on the Portage Shear, a regional structure that extends westerly from the main Geraldton district. At the Brenbar project, located approximately 13 kilometres southwest of the Golden Mile, recent drilling intersected high grade gold mineralization associated with another large district-scale shear zone: Drill hole BB09-01 intersected 1.7m grading 10.35 g/t gold including 0.5m grading 32 g/t gold. December 3, 2008 Drilling update : reconnaissance drilling continues to test new areas with strong gold resource potential to augment the Golden Mile and other Hercules vein systems. |
