Property NewsApril 14, 2011 Energy Fuels Inc. has updated the mineral resource estimates on its primary, fully permitted mining properties (the Whirlwind and Energy Queen Mines), as well as on its San Rafael project located in the USA. September 11, 2008 Energy Fuels announced that both the Moab and Grand Junction field offices of the US Bureau of Land Management jointly issued a Record of Decision with a Finding of No Significant Impact for the Whirlwind mine, which has surface facilities in Mesa County, Colorado, and additional mining claims in Grand County, Utah. The decision will enable Energy Fuels to immediately implement the plan of operations for the mine. This plan allows for the production of up to 200 tons per day of uranium-bearing material, and all approved and necessary surface disturbance. Mine production at this level would result in annual production of 250,000 lbs. of U3O8. March 26, 2008 Announced updated resources estimated at the Whirlwind deposit with 168,000 tonnes of 0.21% U3O8 and 0.70% V2O5 containing 768,300 lbs and 2.59 million pounds respectively. At the Crosswind deposit reported 16,984 tonnes of 0.25% U3O8 and 0.81% V2O5 containing 92,086 lbs and 0.31 million pounds respectively.
