Announced a plan to conserve cash resources and focus expenditures on developing a new sales strategy, improving processing operations, and securing financing. Based on the information received, the Board has decided to develop and implement a plan to re-open the processing operations at the White Rock Mine located in East Kemptville, Nova Scotia.

The construction and commissioning phase of its operations has been successfully completed.

Site preparation is on schedule. The pre-engineered steel building is currently being erected and will be ready to start equipment installation by the end of the month.
