October 31, 2001 Preliminary results indicated that the Galena Creek Showing has a possible strike length of 600 metres with grab samples containing up to >50% Pb, 3.99% Zn, 0.37% Cu and 1130 g/t Ag and 0.37 g/t Au from sample R-03 of the Main Showing. About 200 m west to northwest of the Galena Creek showing, a gold bearing barite-quartz vein ("Gold Creek Showing") with a maximum width of 0.5 m has returned values of between 3 and 16.64 g/t (.535 of an ounce per ton) across 15 to 25 centimetres. While altered wall rock adjacent to the vein has returned up to 0.4 g/t Au. The vein outcrops along a strike length of about 15 m. More surface sampling is planned.
